Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders are posted from Darwin, Northern Territory.

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD (Australia wide)
• Standard Shipping: $5.00 flat rate — approximately 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: $10.00 flat rate — approximately 3–5 business days

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to a range of countries using DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that pre-order items may have extended processing times. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each pre-order product page.

Sustainable Packaging

All LIANDRA orders are shipped in our plant-based packaging made from cassava root starch. Our packaging is home-compostable and biodegradable within 3–6 months, depending on the environment.
