Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Liandra will happily accept returns for online purchases in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and hygiene strips attached for store credit or for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
Postage fees to Liandra are the buyer's liability, if the wrong size is purchased. If the garment is faulty, we are more than happy to pay for postage and organise a refund or store credit.

You have 60 days from the day you purchase your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note: discounted items are eligible for store credit, exchanges and/or a refund. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are final sale, and we do not accept refunds, BUT sale items can be exchanged or swapped, if wrong sizing was selected or the items is damaged or faulty.

Please know we are a small business and do our best to respond to all emails. Sometimes this is a big task for our team and can take allow up to 2-5 business days for us to get in contact with you, if you have sent us an email. It becomes especially busy when we have sale periods.
