Wholesale Account Manager
About the role:
As the Wholesale Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in building strong and lasting relationships with existing and new wholesale customers. You will ensure that we deliver exceptional service, highly aligned products, and tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of wholesale accounts and sale streams. A key focus of this role will be to further optimise our wholesale accounts and customer relationships to support and maintain the growth trajectory.
You will work closely with our CEO to strategise, innovate and grow Liandra Swim’s wholesale accounts. You will also get to drive results and sales activity. In addition, your partnerships extend to our marketing team, to ensure the voice of our wholesale division is always considered when determining company strategy and project execution for Liandra Swim’s wholesale objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing wholesale customers
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise the brand potential through wholesale distribution channels
- Achieve the performance objectives inline with budgets and strategic growth plans
- Administrative management of wholesale accounts, working in conjunction with the CEO and wider team
- Identify and plan for future product expansion opportunities
- Prepare and oversee showroom opportunities and present to wholesale customers
- Represent the brand at industry and media events
- Develop merchandise plans to support sales and margin objectives
- Monitor and report on sell through activity and product performance
- Approving and monitoring inbound replenishment orders
- Manage PO process to achieve agreed customer delivery dates
- Supplying order confirmations, delivery timelines & tracking information
- Solicit orders and assist in the customer facing fulfilment process
- Develop and manage agreements with key distributors
- Assisting customers in building their seasonal buy
- Creating post seasonal reviews to understand
- sales performance, optimise future range building and better assist customers with future buying.
- Maintain customer portals, uploading of images and brand / style information.
- Administrative management of the account base
Who are we looking for?
- Strong fashion wholesale experience is a must, International experience a bonus
- 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment & be adaptable to moving parts
- Independant
- Someone who can identify gaps and opportunities
- Production coordination experience
- Strong communication and management of timeline skills
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Commercially minded; domestic and international markets
- Ability to build relationships & networks
- Availability to travel; domestic and international
- Able to work across global time zones when needed
